When my friends ask me if money was not a problem which watch would I buy? I immediately think of Ladoire, the most exclusive watch on the market. The real watch collectors know what I am talking about. The brand was founded by Lionel Ladoire, who represents a new generation of watch makers. Coming from a fourth generation family of jewelers and with a strong passion for micromechanics since his childhood, Lionel is now changing the foundations and the pillars of watch making. The GMT “Roller Guardian Time” model is the result of his undeniable talent and vision. This watch is the new way to keep the time in the 21st century: the design and the dimensions are stunning and unusual (9H – 3H > 56mm, 12H – 6H > 45mm; Thickness: 16,3 mm), also the display of time is original and avant-garde. The indication of hours, minutes and seconds is revealed by a planetary display complication, executed by three revolving discs, mounted on ceramic ball bearings. The GMT function is marked by a profiled hand at 2 and 4 o’clock and it is possible to regulate it very easily, also the time setting function is accessible with the crown located at 8 o’clock. Ladoire takes a lot of pride in its Helvet Manufacture, that being said all the timepieces of Ladoire collection are manufactured in Switzerland.
The collection is complete and can satisfy even the most demanding watch connoisseur. The regular models are available in White Gold, Red Gold or Titanium; also Ladoire presents a limited edition collection with models like the aggressive Black & Black and the sexy Hot Snow. A special option for the most uncompromising client is the opportunity of customizing your Ladoire with 7,5 carats diamonds like the Haute Couture model with the black crocodile leather RGT articulated buckle. The bad news comes when you want to know the prices of these beauties, in order to own one of the RGT models your bank account must be in a seven digits zone since the cheapest model (RGT Titanium) starts from $104,400 and reaches the $216,700 for the Haute Couture. For now, I can only dream to own one.
