 The mercury is rising, the sun is blinding and your winter wardrobe has been—at last!—hidden away, in preparation for a few months of bare-legged bliss. But before you shun all reminders of colder times, take a peek at the new “Silk Scarf” collection by designer-on-the-rise Sabina Les for SL. These soft-as-butter beauties are easy to wear in any weather and are even easier on the eyes—think gorgeous, artist patterns and intricate detailing, all for under $200 a piece! A ten-year vet of the fashion industry, Les came from a background in graphic design and fashion branding before her lifelong dream became a reality: founding and designing a line of luxury silk printed scarves. Sabina’s newest collection was inspired by “intricate graphics, metal and leather elements.” The designs and patterning are all born from her own artistic vision, subtly incorporating her signature logo into each piece, and each piece is U.S.-made. While the whole collection is admittedly drool-worthy, the Reptile Chain Collection, available in square or oblong versions, is my choice for neck-wrap of the season. It’s snakeskin-with-metal link combo is a show-stopping trompe l’oeil that will have strangers exclaiming “Omigod, where did you find that?!” Go ahead, bask in the glow.
